Digital Content Producer Senior

En Edelman (Colombia Maker Studio) We are looking for a DIGITAL CONTENT PRODUCER that will be responsible for planning, leading, managing and overseeing digital and creative content production projects (social media assets, banners, videos, animations, logos, editorial design, etc.), and in some cases digital developments (emails, webpages, UX/UI).

This person is the connector between client and agency as well as the manager of the agency resources. Manages projects from start to end (passing through brief, quote, timetable, production, and delivery) and needs to ensure all projects are completed with high quality, in a timely fashion and within budget.

Clear interactions and keeping stakeholders informed the entire way is very important, this person needs to have excellent communication and client service skills.

We are looking for someone passionate, independent, flexible, and highly adaptive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Someone with ability to multi-task, prioritize large and changing workflows and process information efficiently.

A proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, great attitude with solid time management, planning and organizational skills.

It is desirable that the candidate has experience working with clients and teams in USA or other countries, that is used to virtual work, has experience within multicultural teams and has knowledge related to agile methodologies and management systems and tools.

Business administrator, advertiser, industrial engineer, or fields related. With more than 6 years of experience, at least 4 managing creative production deliverables at an agency.

Bilingual in English with a level higher than 95% is a must.
